Announcing Event Espresso
Update alert! I have been in the process of renaming, re-branding, and redesigning the Advanced Events Registration plugin for WordPress. The new name for the all-in-one event manager has just been renamed to “Event Espresso“. We are currently shooting for an end of July release.
I have just finished uploading the very first screen shots of version 3 of the Advanced Events Registration (now “Event Espresso“) plugin for WordPress.
I was checking out the new Event Espresso website, and noticed the different levels of the plugin (Vanilla, Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso). Which level will the current Pro version be equivalent to? Will current Pro customers still be supported under the change to Event Espresso?
Hi Kitty,
We are still working out the details (and naming conventions,) but the current pro customers will receive a code to download the Cappuccino (or Basic) version of the plugin shortly after launch.
The new levels of the plugin will be Lite (free), Basic (currently pro,) and Professional.

I have another question!
Is it possible to edit the default lines on the Regform? For example, if we do not want to collect the phone numbers, can we turn that one off?
Hi Kitty,
Event Espresso will offer a custom questions feature for easily building your registration forms. Until then, if you have moved you templates into your wp-content folder via the organization settings page. You can edit the templates as needed.
