Smart Website Solutions is happy to offer premium support to customers who desire or require a level of support beyond the complimentary support included with all Smart Website Solutions products.

Support Tokens

A support token can be used to get priority support for a single incident. It can be used to schedule support via phone or IM for a single incident (up to 30 minutes), or to receive priority e-mail support. A support token can be used for “how to” questions, technical issues, “best practice” questions or for custom development consulting. A support token consists of the PayPal Transaction ID you received from PayPal at the time of your purchase.

You can purchase support tokens on the Premium Support page. Tokens can be purchased one at a time, or in blocks of three at a discount.

To use a support token to schedule live support (phone or IM) or submit a priority support e-mail, follow the instructions below.

Annual Support

An annual support contract is also available. This is designed for companies or individuals that wish to customize the software themselves and want ongoing consulting access for their developers, or that need ongoing support access throughout the year.

Annual support includes:

  • 10 hours of support and/or customization development consulting.
  • 2 emergency patches – if you happen to discover a bug, you can request an emergency patch for it rather than waiting for the next release.
  • Free upgrades during the contract.

IM support is offered via our LiveZilla support page, Yahoo!, or Google Talk .

Priority E-mail Support

A support token can be used to request priority e-mail support using the form below, simply enter your support token in the appropriate field.

Priority support requests are handled on an ASAP basis, normally within 1-2 hours during normal business hours.
